I am trying to activate closed captioning on DVDs, but in the setup menu that option is greyed out (Jensen JE2412LED 12VDC LED RV Television, 24'')

Below is a link to the user manual that includes DVD set up. If you are still having issues you may contact the manufacturer at 877-845-8750, the should be able to talk you through set up.
