You definately want to install this extend-a-shower where there is reinforcement. That is why it is normally installed on the edge. With out the reinforcement the screws most likely won't hold.
I am concerned about screwing this Extend-A-Shower into my prefabbed shower stall. Do i need special screws? Stromberg Carlson EXT-3542 Extend-A-Shower Expanding Shower Rod - White RV Bathroom
Does there need to be reinforcement behind the stall for the screws to grip?
