This adapter could work, but you would also need a brake controller and a 6 way to 6 way coiled cable. I have linked the brake controller options below and the 6 way to 6 way below. This adapter will get mounted and installed on the towing vehicle, you will still need to run wiring to battery and brake controller. You will use the coiled cable to connect this adapter to the trailer. Hope this helps.
