Problem with fold away on tow bar. Pin goes into the middle, but won't slide without pushing in real hard?

You may want to check a few things on you alpha tow bar. First check to make sure the nylon washers are still intact. If not rusted and in good condition you may want to clean with soap and water, as there may be dirt or grime build up. Also check to make sure that the bolts were not overtightened. If it is still not working properly you may have to contact an authorized Blue Ox repair facility, for repair. Hope this info helps.
