After doing some research on what customers are saying about the two faucets, there were no reviews on the phoenix P5004AW-T44. The Dura Faucet had many some good and some bad, some said they would recommend it to others. They both have a flow rate of 2.2 gpm and are lead free. They seem pretty similar. Hope this helps.
