According to the manufacturer, you can not replace the batteries in the sensors, you replace the sensor. Not sure what high temp part you are looking for as the question cut off. This has an alarm setting, a high temperature alarm goes off when the temperature of a sensor reaches 248˚ F which indicates a potential problem with the tire. Hope this helps.
