It is a possibility that you accidentally flipped the image, According to the manufacturer, to flip an image, you will need to have the camera selected that you want to flip. Once this is completed, press and hold the power button on the monitor for seven seconds and then release. It may be necessary to repeat this process until desired flipped screen is displayed for your Voyager Wireless Backup System. Hope this helps.
