According to the manufacturer, This could possibly be a motor that is going bad. How you could test this, is to see if the motor is receiving constant 12 volts DC when the motor is not running while you are holding the button for the room to operate. if the motor is receiving voltage but not running then the motor would be bad and need to be replaced. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
