According to the manufacturer, That will certainly replace that older thermostat. If they remember correctly, that old thermostat had plugs at the end of the wires. Though the new one does not have plugs, it should be the same wires. You can simply cut the plugs off of the old thermostat, and splice them onto the new thermostat by wire color. This will make the new thermostat plug and play.
