According to the manufacturer, the Autoformer will not turn the power off and will put out whatever the shore power voltage comes in. The Autoformer should not be utilized for voltages below 95 volts.
You say at 90 volts it goes into bypass mode. Does the Autoformer turn power off or just pass the 90 volts on? 50AMP VOLT BOOSTER&SURGE PROTECTOR
