I have the HL-200 HI LIFE WATER FILTER. I installed it and had small leak at inlet, tighten clamp and it stopped.

Suggestions: The first thing I would check is the water filter, take the water filter out of the canister and try and run water through. If the water runs through, then there could be a clog in the filter. If it still doesn't run through, it could be the canister or the hook up could be wrong. I would take it completely apart and re-install to see if that corrects the issue. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
