This Eternabond could work for your application as it can be used on fiberglass and is a permanent leak repair tape.

I ran coax across my roof for an antenna connected to my ladder. I did anchor the coax down but I was looking at applying this over the coax to help protect it from rain, sun and wind and hold it permanently in place. I have a fiberglass roof. Will this be the correct product to use?
