No. The Lippert 236575 Schwintek slide-out motor does not have a left/right version. Both sides of a Schwintek in-wall slide use the same IG-42 (300:1) motor; direction is handled by the control board and rack orientation, not by a left/right motor variant.
As far as torque goes, Higher-torque Schwintek motors are a tool for specific problems, not a universal upgrade.
