Is this Silverleaf compatible with an Android tablet?

I would love to have one of these in my RV Diesel pusher. I do not own laptops anymore, just touch screen tablets, with Apple or Android.

According to the manufacturer, It is not Apple tablet compatible. It may be used via Fusion, VMware on your Apple notebook however. It can possibly connect to your Android tablet if you have a 2007 or newer coach, using the WIFI. They suggest using a laptop though.
