Does this include motor that operates flush valve. Need to completely rebuild mine. Is this what I need??

According to the manufacturer, depending on the issues you are having with your toilet, you may need to replace the whole mechanism. I would not recommend replacing your mechanism plate for the toilet though unless your toilet is leaking onto the floor from the bowl. The mechanism will come with the motor as it is an entire assembly. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
