Unfortunately you can not use just one BatteryMinder battery charger for the 6 volt batteries and the D engine battery. As all batteries being charge have to be the same. The 128CEC1 battery charger will be perfect for the 6 volt batteries and for the D engine battery you can go with a smaller charging unit as long as it is isolated. As long as you don't have a lot of parasitic loads you can go with a 1.5 amp system and if you do then you may want to go with a 2.0 amp system. I have included a link to a few 1.5 and 2.0 units.
