What size npt is the inlet and the outlet for this JR Products Regulator? (JR Products 07-30375 Excess Flow Pol Regulator)

According to the manufacturer, the outlet has a 3/8" FPT and Inlet is male POL, if you unscrew it then inlet has a 1/4" FPT.
