At this time we do not carry a solar powered or battery powered assist handle.

Question: What makes this light turn on? Is it connected to the switch for the outside lights or is does it turn on at dark?
Answer: The handle is wired to a switch. (Includes wiring for connecting to existing 12V wiring for the lights to work in the handle, and chrome top and bottom gasket.)
