According to the manufacturer, the cable can stay on the firewall when not using. We recommend tucking underneath the carpet when not in use. This would be the easiest way to store it when you are not traveling.
Can the stainless steel cable for this braking system be removed from the fire wall when not in use? SMI 9599004 Delta Force Portable Towed Vehicle Braking System Braking Systems
I understand the cable is adjusted during the initial installation and it hooks to the Delta Force when in use, how is the cable stored when not in use.Can it be removed and reinstalled with out setting it up again?
