Relays R1 & R2 seem to have overheated by the coloration of board around relay mounting location. Removed relays and checked with approx., 1300 ohms across each relay coil. High?)Where can I find a good diagram and parts to attempt repair before replacing converter.

Below is the manual for the WF-8900 series power center, it includes a wiring digram for the main board.
