Can this SMI Braking System be installed in a 2017 Jeep Wrangler with manual transmission? (SMI 9599004 Delta Force Portable Towed Vehicle Braking System)

According to SMI, The Delta Force system can be installed on a 2017 Wrangler. The wranglers in the past had a hump in the floor board just in front of the drivers seat. If the 2017 is the same, The Delta will need a standoff bracket (part number 99677). This bracket will reposition the Delta Force to sit in front of such a hump.
