I am trying to find some way of locking the surge protector to the post so no one will steal it. Any suggestions ?

I saw a cable lock on this site that has a diameter of 5/8 th inch, will that fit through the ring attached to the Progressive Industries SSP- 30XL surge protector?

Sorry for the wait, according to the manufacturer, the security tab is 2 5/8 inches long by 1 7/8 inches wide. The hole for the security device is 11/16 inch in diameter. They suggest a cable type bicycle lock to secure your SSP30XL.
