Contoure did take over the franklin chef models, whether they are exactly the same or not with their features I can not say but I know they are similar, with a lot of the same features. Hope this helps you decide.
Is the Contoure RV787S an exact replacement of the FR787S (made by Franklin Chef) to replace our Airstream OEM MW? Contoure RV787S 0.7 Cu. Ft. Stainless Steel RV Microwave RV Microwave
The Franklin Chef FR787S came OEM in our 2014 Airstream RV. We forgot to close our cupboard during travel and it fell out and broke. Is this an exact replacement, as Franklin went out of business in 2014? The dimensions are exactly the same.
