The manufacturer has not done a sound test. The generator exhaust will reduce some of the sound, but if you are needing a great reduction of sound this will not do that.
I can see how this generator exhaust improves air quality at ground level but what about the claim of less noise? Camco 44461 Gen-Turi RV Generator Exhaust System Generator Parts
The air gap in the "genturi" assembly looks like it would allow most of the exhaust noise to escape at that joint. Has the noise reduction claim been measured and verified?
