Can the control box of the EMS-HW30C be mounted vertically or even upside down to align the power source wiring?

According to the manufacturer, the surge protector can be mounted as needed, except not hanging upside down from the ceiling of the compartment. Be careful when connecting the shore power wires, some customers mis-wire to the output ( Won't work ), when not using the left to right convention.
