Unfortunately we do not have a cross reference between different regulator manufacturers, you would need to go based upon the inlet and outlet connections and BTU capacity. This Camco regulator has Inlet: 1/4" FNPT, Outlet 3/8" FNPT, Outlet pressure: 11"WC and BTU capacity (propane): 160,000 BTU/HR. I also looked up the info for the Marshall 290 and it has the same inlet and outlet connection and BTU capacity, so this one should work with your application.
