According to the manufacturer, the RZ-5000 is a retrofit head that replaces the Sensar head on your RV-6004, if that is what you are wanting to do then that is the correct part.
will the Winegard RZ-5000 Rayzar Z1 Amplified TV Antenna Head work on a winguard RV-6004 or do I need another number Winegard RZ-5000 Replacement Head Rayzar Amplified TV Antenna RV Antennas Receivers
