This AP Products 024-1002 Tank Check Propane Level Indicators - Set Of 2 will monitor 2 tanks, using magnets it attaches to the bottom of the tank and using an app on your smart phone or tablet you can monitor the levels. Below is a copy of the instructions. If you need one that comes with a monitor because you don't have a smart device, check out part # 06-2190.
