Unfortunately I tryed to contact the manufacturer and I could not get ahold of them. I wouldn't see why the FatMat RattleTrap Super Stick Sound Deadener - 100 SqFt couldn't be used under a floating engineered floor, but I wouldn't know if it would work properly with sound deadening. Hope this helps in your decision.
