My ac breaker trips from time to time. It can run all night or it might trip a few times in one hour. Should the cooling fan run continuously? How can I tell if it is working? The panel is warm but not hot when it trips.

This breaker is an up to 5 20 Amp main AC breaker, so the first thing i would try to find out is what is connected to the breaker that keeps tripping and find out if it is that first whether it be the air conditioner or an outlet, etc... The other thing i would do is check the wiring connections in the power center unit as RV traveling is known to shake things loose. Once that is all checked if nothing fixes the problem you may want to start looking into getting a new unit. You will need an Amp meter to test the amperage. Hope this helps.
