I have 4 tires on a rv and 2 tires on a seperate trailer will this TST system work when I pull each trailer alone

According to the manufacturer, it will not work that way. You can purchase an additional monitor and code the two sensors on the additional monitor. That way when you are just using the trailer you can run them on that monitor and when you run them on the RV they will link up with the original monitor.
