Dirt Devil 4941 Brown Inlet Door has a switch that is activated as the door is open or closed. Door is open the unit will turn on and as you close the door the unit will shut off.
How does the Dirt Devil 4941 Brown Inlet Door activate the cv1500? Dirt Devil 4941 Fully-Automatic Inlet Valve - Brown RV Central Vacuum System
Is there a metal ring inside the inlet valve that completes the circuit when the vacuum hose with the corresponding metal ring is inserted or does opening the flap act as the switch to complete the circuit and turn the unit on?
