RVupgrade`s offers a 90 day return policy with no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and the merchandise is in the same new condition.
- You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the condition you received it in and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Please wait for instructions on the location to return your product. Returns require an Authorization Number, please complete the form below or give us a call at 1-866-332-7881 and we can do it over the phone. (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. E.S.T.)
- Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment with a notification sent by email.
- Shipping charges are refunded in the event a wrong, defective or broken product has been delivered.
