I just watched the EZ ZipBlocker video and the top portion that stays on the awning sure doesn't look like it has a 3' drop. Carefree of Colorado 701509 EZ ZipBlocker SunShade - 15' W x 9' H RV Shades
It looks more like it is a 1' drop. I would definitely need a ladder to zip on the remaining blocker.
