Will the AP Products 024-1001 Tank Check Propane Level Indicator work on aluminum tanks (i.e. horizontal forklift tanks)? (AP Products 024-1001 Tank Check Propane Level Indicator)

It will work on the tank, but the issue might be mounting the sensor since it uses magnets on steel tanks. if you try to use a strap or bungie cord to remove any air voids use some vasoline inbetween the sensor & tank.
