The ITC 3430F-S93427000 Mirage Mission Series Two Arm Dinette RV Light - Nickel does not have a dimmer on the fixture, if you know how to switch out a fixture then you should be able to install this yourself, if unsure then you should always have a professional do it and last it is not an LED but you can get LED bulbs (sold separately) to replace the incandescent ones.
