Was wondering if I needed to do any type of maintenance on this unit??

No filters need to be replaced according to a tech at BAL RV Products the maintenance needed is every 3 months check and clean the 2 duct filter and plastic cord with warm water. Also check the two driplines for the drain 2 times a year.
