how do i program in channel 3 on Jensen JTV2815DC LED TV

Jensen JTV2815DC LED 12VDC Television, 28" can be set to channel 3 for the input but you have to make sure the tv has channel 3 set up. Go to the menu then in the top line should say air/cable needs to be set to cabel. The you have to scan the channels to find channel 3. Once it finds channel 3 you can press menue to exit. You should now be able to use as input for the cable box.
