I have a 6799-807 serial 079311362 will part # 8333A9021 work. If so do I leave the original start capacitor in the circuit?

According to the tech at Coleman the model you are looking for is
Coleman Mach 1497-0871 Start Capacitor and you do not leave the original start capacitor in the circuit.

Interestingly I ordered a full set of original capacitors, I installed them and it appears that the problem is solved the compressor starts instantly even after running for a bit and being turned off and back on (full head of pressure worst case). I had replaced the start capacitor before with no real effect so I believe that the run capacitor had gone bad. I read that they work together and both must be good. if it starts to misbehave again I will I think first look at the relay that is with the capacitors. Thanks.
