Yes, this is a DIY project for someone who is mechanical. It can be easier to weld the brackets on since you only have to worry about one side of the frame being clear of any obstructing objects, but ithey can be bolted to the frame if that is not possible. Basically, you will be added brackets to the frame of the RV, bolting the cyclinders to the brackets, running the hydraulic lines to the cylinders from the pump, running power to the pump and then running the wires for the wireless module to an area that would be free of any water or road spray.
