If you are asking whether the Progressive Industries EMS-HW30C Hardwired 30 Amp RV Surge Protector has a bypass switch, it does and it is located on the remote panel. Why it has it is so that if you have a computer failure or voltage issues the switch will allow you to bypass the device and enable source power to the RV.
