According to the manufacturer using the Wheel Masters 80092 Airless 2 Hose Valve Extender Kit 16" To 19.5" Wheels Hand Hole Mount when your wheels have balancing beads is not a good idea due to the fact that the beads can interfer with extenders and cause problems.
