Yes, it is perfectly fine to attach the 2 hoses together with the male & female machine fittings on the hose. No special coupler required.
For a 50ft hose is it OK to screw female of one hose into male of second hose. Leak at joint? Special coupler? Teknor Apex 4002-25 Zero-G Fresh Water Hose 5/8'' x 25'
