What does the psi/ gpm/ amps chart tell me?

Does it mean tha if I want 4.5 gpm, I can expect psi to be 10?

Basically, the more you open up a faucet the more water (flow) comes out but at a lower pressure. So yes at 4.5 gpm you will only have 10 psi of pressure. Many showerheads will deliver 2 to 3 gpm which would be at around 40 to 30 psi with this pump.
BTW: I use this pump in my RV and it delivers like home pressures at the faucet and shower.
