Yes, there are many manufacturers that run the heating in the enclosed basement/storage area of the RV if so equipped. Since this is a park model heating unit, I am assuming you do not have an enclosed basement area in which case you would need to use insulated duct work. One issue in colder climates is at startup you may get a blast of cold air from the ducts being exposed to the outside air. Also the straighter and shorter the duct runs the better the airflow will be.
