The 8-10 feet refers to the body of the camper. The overal length of this cover is 213" (17' 3/4") which includes the overhang. This might be a bit to long, and I do not see anything shorter.

I bought a different brand and had to return it because they said the 8 - 10 feet only includes the body of the camper and not the bed overhang, which seems ridiculous. Anyway, I have a camper that measures exactly 10 feet from the very front of the camper to the very back of it. it fits perfectly in a 6.5 foot truck bed and the bed overhangs the cab of the truck.
