| How to receive your credit: |
- Purchase a Blue Ox Aladdin, Allure Avail or Aventa LX Tow Bar from RVupgrades.com at the listed price and receive a credit once your Tow Bar has been received in.

- Send an email to support@rvupgradestore.desk-mail.com letting us know which Tow Bar you purchased and which model of tow bar it is that you will be sending in. We will then email you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The RMA# MUST be clearly identified on the box that you return your towbar in.

- We will include shipping details with the authorization number. Please note: you are responsible for shipping charges and getting the towbar to the shipper of your choice.
