No not complex at all. Simply remove exisitng light fixture and use the same wiring. Many of the older pancake lights have a trim ring that needs to be pried off to get at the mounting screws
How do you install these? Just replace our 1999 incandescent light fixture by connecting existing wires or is it Thin-Lite LED-312WW Prismatic Warm White LED Pancake Light - Double RV Interior Lights
more complex.
