With the potential of 200+ amps of recharging power per day, a system of this size would lower your electric bill considerably. For this system to be effective your battery capacity will need to match your usage and how much solar power is required to recover that usage. So if your heater was 10 amps and you used it 10 hours a day you would need at least 100 amps of battery capacity just to run the heater. Remember that althought a battery is rated at 100 amp hours you can only use roughly 50% of that power before the voltage drops to low for a device to work proprly.
