While the light is not designed to free swing. You may be able to leave the screw loose with the use of some lock tight to keep it from coming out, allowing the fixture to move.
Does the adjustable hinge have to be fixed or can it be left loose to sway back and forth? ITC 3455F-UB5421018 Minimalist Hinged Pendant RV Light - Truffle RV Interior Lights
I need to replace to pendant lights that are fixed and they keep breaking at the stem from the movement in the trailer. I was thinking these could work if the hinge would allow them to sway during movement.
